\nJust one per cent of Hongkongers considered it a good time to buy property in the second quarter of this year, according to a latest Citibank survey.
\nLawrence Lam, head of retail banking of Citibank Global Consumer Banking, said a \u201cwait-and-see\u201d attitude has firmly set in when it comes to buying real estate in the city.
