\nMy partner and I would prefer not to sell as we may move back in a few years Q I live with my partner in a property that we bought three years ago for \u00a3200,000. One of my partner\u2019s parents is named on the mortgage along with me as my partner didn\u2019t have a permanent job when we took out the mortgage. The property\u2019s value has increased dramatically since we bought it and, based on what others have sold for in the area, it is now worth around \u00a3350,000.We are hoping to move but would like to keep our property and let it out (my partner\u2019s parent is in agreement with this) as we may decide to move back in a few years.
