\nMy ticket didn\u2019t work and I was left \u00a325 out of pocket, but I can\u2019t get the money backI saw you managed to get a refund for a reader from the French train company SNCF after a five-month battle. I am trying to get one after I lost money on a ticket while on holiday in Paris last September. I am 65 and work part-time as an administrator on a building site as my pension is not enough and money is tight.
