\nA commercial site in what some are already calling Hong Kong\u2019s future second core business district goes up for sale on Friday \u2013 being tipped by experts to become a new \u201cland king\u201d, the most-expensive land by value \u2013 at Kai Tak, the city\u2019s former airport.
