\nSansiri CEO Apichart Chutrakul with Steve Melhuish, CEO and co-founder of PropertyGuru, launch \u201cePropertyTrack for Sansiri\u201d app
\nA new application for mobile devices including cellular phones and tablets has been tapped to support foreign sales of Sansiri Pcl, a leading developer in Thailand.
\nThe sales and marketing platform was developed by ePropertyTrack, a Singapore-based start-up that was acquired in July 2015 by PropertyGuru, Asia\u2019s leading online property portal group.
\nAccording to Sansiri CEO Apichart Chutrakul, the company is aiming to increase its foreign sales quota, which have grown rapidly in the last two or three years.
\n\u201cThere have been an increasing amount of sales offers and searches for specific project information and locations in the Thai property market through smart phones and tablets,\u201d he said after Sansiri conducted a private study.

The Thai developer this month officially launched the platform \u201cePropertyTrack for Sansiri,\u201d which will be supported on iOS, Android, Mac and OS devices, with availability in English and Chinese, DDproperty.com reports.

\n\u201cThis new step in real estate sales will benefit both the Sansiri sales team and their agents domestically and abroad. This is an example of borderless sales of our projects that would improve the efficiency of our foreign sales and put the emphasis on the full-scale foreign market drive,\u201d Apichart said.
\nSansiri\u2019s foreign sales market grew 135 percent, year-on-year, in 2015, and total sales reached THB3.5 billion (USD98.02 million). Majority of foreign customers came from Asian neighbours such as Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, China and Taiwan, and the rest are from Europe, United States and Australia.
\nePropertyTrack\u2019s biggest market is currently Singapore, where more than 90 percent of active new projects are using the platform, according to Steve Melhuish, co-founder and CEO of PropertyGuru.
\nFeatures of the app include live unit availability and pricing, real-time reservations, interactive site plans, and a virtual tour. The Sansiri edition has been fully operational since the first week of February 2016.
