\nFar East Consortium (FEC) International, the mid-size Hong Kong developer, has revealed plans to build 10,000 housings units in Manchester worth \u00a31 billion (US$1.283 billion) over the next decade.
\nThe company will work directly with Manchester City Council in the United Kingdom to deliver the what\u2019s being dubbed the \u201cNorthern Gateway\u201d in the northeastern part of Greater Manchester, which when finished will be the largest development ever undertake in the city, according…
