\nAverage price of a home down 0.3% at \u00a3207,308 as British housing market is expected to face pressure in 2017UK houses prices fell for the first time in almost two years in March according to Nationwide, in the latest sign of a slowdown in the property market.The average price of a home fell 0.3% to \u00a3207,308 following a 0.6% rise in prices in February.
