\nResults follow National Audit Office\u2019s examination of winding up former Child Support Agency and its replacement by new Child Maintenance ServiceAt least \u00a33bn in child maintenance payments ordered by the former Child Support Agency (CSA) may never be paid, the Whitehall spending watchdog has said.According to a National Audit Office (NAO) report, three-quarters of the \u00a34bn in payments owed by absent parents \u2013 some dating back more than 20 years \u2013 are considered \u201cuncollectable\u201d by the Department for Work and Pensions.
