\nSupermarket fails to convert carts in time, as warning comes of issues with parking meters and vending machines on TuesdayEvery supermarket trolley at Tesco \u2013 estimated to number hundreds of thousands \u2013 are to be unlocked after the grocery giant revealed it has not converted all its carts in time for the launch of the 12-sided \u00a31 coin on Tuesday.A Tesco spokesperson said: \u201cWe\u2019re replacing the locks on our trolleys to accept old and new pound coins as well as existing trolley tokens.
