\nAll I wanted was to cancel an orderI went to Ikea\u2019s Croydon store in December to buy a \u00a320 shower head.I ordered it, paid for it at the check-out, then went to collections \u2013 but was told there that the order is only activated when paid for, so I had to wait 20 minutes for it to be brought out.
