\nI bought \u00a379-worth of tickets for several ballets but something went wrong and I was also billed \u00a387 for ones I didn\u2019t wantIn August I went to the box office at The Lowry in Salford Quays to book three lots of tickets for various ballets. I chose seats to a total value of \u00a379 and was paying by credit card when everything came to a halt.
