\nMore than half of councils in England are unsure if there will be enough places when change is introduced in SeptemberOnly a third of local authorities in England expect there to be enough childcare places when changes to the system are introduced later this year.Plans to double the free hours available to pre-schoolers are due to be introduced in September but more than half of councils are unsure if they will have enough childcare available.
