\nIts fraud detection systems got on the wrong track when I tried to book online with Austrian Railways and Deutsche BahnYour recent story about a reader whose Nationwide account was blocked is the tip of the iceberg. A\u00a0month ago, I tried to book rail tickets on the Austrian Railways website. The transaction failed and Nationwide blocked my debit card.
