\nRegal Hotels Group has won the contract for the development of a new hotel project at Hong Kong International Airport.
\nThe HK$2.19 billion offer from Capital Charm, a wholly owned subsidiary of Regal, was accepted late on Thursday, according to an announcement on the Hong Kong stock exchange website.
\nThe new hotel, which will have 1,000 guest rooms and suites, is expected to be completed in 2020. It will occupy a site area of 6,650 square metres.
