\nI was given no explanation and it has never spoken to me about itI am a self-employed registered childminder and single mum and have been told by Lloyds that it has frozen my online banking and, as of 28 September, will be closing my account and that of my 12-year-old daughter. It won\u2019t provide an explanation. I have the usual payments going in and out. I don\u2019t have an overdraft and don\u2019t go overdrawn. This will have a huge impact on both my business and my day-to-day life yet I am powerless to stop it. No one at Lloyds has ever questioned me over anything and credit agencies Experian and Equifax confirm there is nothing on my file to suggest any illegal activity. AW, Bristol Continue reading…
