Now we\u2019ve got an official answer from its recent buyer.<br \/>\nIt\u2019s USD1.39 million.<br \/>\nRestaurateurs Isaac and Claudia Kestenberg, the former owners, had planned to auction the Jamaica Estates property before ultimately making the sale on Dec. 16. The couple originally asked USD1.65 million for the five-bedroom, Tudor-style house, which they bought for USD782,500 in 2008.<br \/>\nNow the mystery buyer \u2014 named only as Michael J. Davis in an LLC and who hails from New York, property records show \u2014 is preparing to flip the home for profit.
