\nDevelopers and agents gathered at the Sheraton Grand Sukhumvit hotel in Bangkok on 29 November, to attend \u201cBeSmart at Real Estate in Disruption Innovation Era.\u201d Industry experts give their take on how technology will play its part in our homes and how digital content and platform trends are becoming more effective channels with which to reach consumers.
\nThe opening keynote was given by Mr Summa Keetasin, director of information centre of the real estate association. He gave his prognosis for the outlook of Thai real estate in the year ahead and laid down trends and consumer behavior patterns to look out for.
\nThe closing talk was given by Bruce Griffin, director of new business at Juwai.com, who spoke about investment from China.
