\nI\u2019m not sure whether lenders will allow me a buy-to-let mortgage as a first-time buyer and a student Q I\u2019ve recently turned 20 years old and I\u2019ve taken a year out from my degree course to get some industry experience, and I\u2019ve also been saving up. I haven\u2019t got enough to invest in an amazing property, but I do think my savings will go some way in helping me get my foot on the ladder.I\u2019ve always wanted to get into property development as something which I would do on top of the job I hope to have after I graduate.
