\nMy husband and I have separated and I want to buy a property. Will I be affected by 1 April\u2019s stamp duty changes?Q I\u2019ve been forced to buy a property as I left the marital home two years ago. No official separation order was filed because my husband went to India but I\u2019ve not lived with him for two years.
