\nFrancis Koh will be honoured for his contributions to Singapore\u2019s property sector at the South East Asia Property Awards (Singapore).
\nFrancis Koh, Managing Director and CEO of Koh Brothers Group, a Singapore-based construction and property development company, is set to receive the prestigious Real Estate Personality of the Year award at PropertyGuru\u2019s South East Asia Property Awards (Singapore) on Thursday, 24 November.
\nThe award, presented by the editors of Property Report magazine, recognises Koh\u2019s contributions to Singapore\u2019s property sector.
\n\u201cI\u2019m humbled to be named Singapore\u2019s Real Estate Personality of the Year amongst many outstanding developers, this is a significant achievement both in my personal capacity and for Koh Brothers Group,\u201d said Koh.
\nThe group, which celebrates its 50th anniversary this year, has developed a number of residential projects in Singapore, including Parc Olympia, The Lumos, Bungalows @ Caldecott, and Westwood Residences.
\n\u201cKoh\u2019s creativity and pursuit of unique business opportunities have proven to be a breath of fresh air in Singapore\u2019s relatively stale market of late,\u201d said Liam Aran Barnes, Brand Director and Editor-in-Chief of Property Report.
\n\u201cHe\u2019s also renowned for his hands-on approach and open-door policy at Koh Brothers, the group his father founded more than five decades ago.\u201d
\nLast year, the firm clinched a $1.12 billion contract for the development of a three-runway system at Changi Airport, its largest contract win to date.
\nGoing forward, it will also look at overseas expansion for the next phase of growth.
\nSaid Koh: \u201cWe\u2019ll continue to be on the lookout for investment opportunities both in Singapore and overseas.\u201d
