Joseph Sohm \/ Shutterstock.com<br \/>\nPromises of tariffs against Chinese exports, blaming China for perpetuating a climate change \u201choax,\u201d a scathing reference to the nation as the \u201cenemy\u201d \u2014 all of US President-elect Donald Trump\u2019s missteps have apparently not turned off most Chinese investors.<br \/>\nFifty-three percent of Chinese real estate investors still wax positive about owning US property, according to a survey conducted immediately after the elections by East-West Property Advisors. Only 16 percent said they are less likely to buy US property after the real estate mogul\u2019s win last week.<br \/>\nTrump is viewed as a respectable \u201cdealmaker\u201d and businessman, results of the survey showed, as cited by Forbes.
