\nCommunities across the country with superslow rather than superfast internet are coming up with their own ideas to try and speed things upIt\u2019s virtually a year to the day since David Cameron declared that \u201caccess to the internet shouldn\u2019t be a luxury \u2013 it should be a right… we\u2019re going to bring fast broadband to every home and business that wants it\u201d.But for many trying to work in broadband \u201cnot-spots,\u201d such pledges are increasingly hollow. Now, many communities are taking matters into their own hands, and some are hopeful they might be able to secure a solution that would mean they are no longer stuck in the digital dark ages.
