\nClose to 60 percent of the Keppel Land project has been sold at an average price of $2,200 psf.
\nKeppel Land recently completed the construction of Corals at Keppel Bay, a 99-year leasehold condominium, and started handing out the keys to residents on Monday (31 October), reported The Straits Times.
\nThe latest addition to the Keppel Bay waterfront precinct comprises 11 buildings ranging from five- to 10-storeys tall with a total of 366 units, of which 58 percent have already been sold since the units were launched in 2013 at an average price of $2,200 psf.
\nLocated at Keppel Bay Drive in District 4, the seafront project features one- to four-bedroom apartments measuring from 600 sq ft to 3,000 sq ft, while the penthouses range between 5,000 sq ft to 8,000 sq ft.
\nAccording to Albert Foo, Keppel Land\u2019s General Manager for Marketing, the unsold units come in various types. As for the purchasers, around 60 percent are Singaporeans, more than 16 percent are permanent residents, and the rest are foreigners.
\nIn addition, Corals at Keppel Bay and the nearby Reflections at Keppel Bay are the only two residential projects across Asia that were designed by the famous architect Daniel Libeskind.
\n\u201cIt is a project not conceived as something abstract, but really a social place to live in,\u201d said Libeskind.
\n\u201cI thought about it from the inside out, from the point of view of a family or person living here, and I didn\u2019t think of just the number of apartments here, but how unique is each place to live in. And you can see that in the subtlety of the composition, there are differences. Every unit, every view is composed. Every balcony and every setting in space is unique.\u201d

Our vision for true waterfront living has again borne fruit in Corals at Keppel Bay with Mr Daniel Libeskind\u2019s signature architecture\u201d.
\nFurthermore, Corals at Keppel Bay has received a Green Mark GoldPlus Award by the Building and Construction Authority for its eco-friendly features.
\nIn fact, over half of its area is covered by greenery and water features, in addition to its rainwater filtration and recycling systems. There is also a large garden within the development, an Olympic-length swimming pool, and a clubhouse with a landscaped roof.
