\nFifteen of China\u2019s largest cities, that imposed recent fresh rounds of property market tightening policies, have seen a cooling in house price growth in the first half of October, according to official government figures published on Friday.
\nThe biggest slowdown in price rises was in Wuxi, Jiangsu province, which cooled by 3.8 percentage points to 4.4 per cent from 8.2 per cent by mid-October from the end of September, the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) said on Friday.
