\nKerry Properties has outbid ten other companies to win a luxury residential site at Kowloon Tong\u2019s Beacon Hill after paying HK$7.268 billion
\nThe price is at the upper end of market expectations that ranged from HK$6.2 billion to HK$7.5 billion.
\nThe Lands Department on Wednesday said the tender for the 235,182 square foot site on Lung Cheung Road was awarded to Kerry\u2019s wholly owned subsidiary, NMC 6 Ltd.
\nThe site is the government\u2019s most expensive land sale this year.
