\nThe average property value on Kensington Palace Gardens in west London stands at \u00a338.3m, down from \u00a342.6m in 2015The ultra-wealthy owners of homes on Britain\u2019s most expensive street have each typically seen more than \u00a34m wiped off the value of their property in the space of 14 months, according to new research that suggests post-Brexit uncertainty has cost them dear.Despite losing some of its lustre over the last year or so, Kensington Palace Gardens in west London managed to hold on to the top spot on the property website Zoopla\u2019s list of the most expensive streets in Britain, with an average property value of \u00a338.3m.
