The \u201cit\u201d is that my contribution at meetings \u2013 formal, informal, by email or telephone \u2013 are always ignored. And then, at subsequent meetings, someone else will come up with the same suggestion, contribution, concern etc. Sometimes, I am asked to undertake a task, which I do, and which then gets pigeonholed after I have done the work.
