\nProperty tycoon had hoped to transform area outside his 15-bedroom mansion but design was fiercely opposed by residentsBillionaire property developer Christian Candy\u2019s hopes of annexing a strip of road to create a private garden for his 15-bedroom Regent\u2019s Park mansion in central London have been thrown out by Camden council.The rejection is a surprise setback for the controversial real estate tycoon, who said he would appeal against the decision.
