\nUS-based property consultancy JLL has announced a new Head of Research for Asia Pacific, effective from 1 October.
\nDr Megan Walters has been promoted to lead JLL\u2019s research department in the region, which comprises a team of over 160 researchers.
\nShe will be based in Singapore and takes over from Dr Jane Murray, who is leaving the firm after 18 years to pursue new opportunities.
\nDr Walters joined JLL in 2010 as Head of Research, Asia Pacific Capital Markets. In this role, she has been responsible for advising the firm\u2019s investor clients and generating reports on office, retail and industrial real estate trends. She will continue to keep a lead research role in the Capital Markets business.
\nSaid Dr Walters: \u201cI am looking forward to the opportunity to find new and innovative ways to continue to meet our clients\u2019 needs in this increasingly data-driven and technology-enabled world.\u201d
