\nWe decided to change to Origin Broadband in September but TalkTalk cancelled the terminationI had been a TalkTalk customer for many years when, in September 2015, I signed up with Origin Broadband. I received confirmation from the latter that they had taken over my line and I called TalkTalk to terminate my account. I was given a date in October, but when I checked I was told that the termination had been cancelled. It was rescheduled for November but, a week later, the account was still active.
