In the non-central region, prices grew by 0.4 percent, a reversal from the previous month\u2019s 1.0 percent fall.<br \/>\nMeanwhile, prices of small units measuring 506 sq ft or below rose the least by 0.2 percent, after dropping by 1.1 percent previously.<br \/>\nThe central region sub-basket comprises properties located in districts 1 to 4 and 9 to 11.
