So we asked Teadirect’s Ben Hitchcock to rate some energy-efficient kettlesBen Hitchcock drinks about 20 cups of tea a day. Yes, 20. Well, he is a tea-taster, so it’s all part of a day’s work for him at Teadirect, the tea division of Cafedirect, the UK’s largest fairtrade hot drinks company.’My day revolves around testing different cups of tea, made from different producers and blends,’ explains Ben, sipping what he calculates must be his 10th cuppa of the day (it’s around lunchtime).
