However, prices of apartments only registered a 0.1 percent fall, compared to the 0.6 percent decline in the previous quarter.<br \/>\nMeanwhile, rentals of private units across the island fell by 0.6 percent, compared to the 1.3 percent decline in the previous quarter.<br \/>\nApartment rentals fell by 0.6 percent and 1.2 percent in the Rest of Central Region (RCR) and Outside Central Region (OCR) respectively, but rose by 0.1 percent in the Core Central Region, compared to the 1.7 percent decline in the quarter before.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nSource: URA<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nRomesh Navaratnarajah, Senior Editor at PropertyGuru, wrote this story.
