\n9th Kota Kinabalu Jazz Festival; 22-23 July 2016

\nOne evening is not enough for a celebration of jazz music at the Kota Kinabalu Jazz Festival. The annual musical event, which started in 2007, will return this month at the\u00a0Sutera Harbour, Covered Tennis Court, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. The event will feature the finest jazz musicians and singers from Malaysia and overseas.
\nAccording to the organisers of the festival,\u00a0Rotary Club of Kota Kinabalu (RCKK) and the Society of Performing Arts Kota Kinabalu Sabah (SPArKS),\u00a0the money to be raised from ticket sales will be used to fund community service programmes, such as literacy and water-cleaning campaigns, in Sabah.
\nTicket prices are as follows: MYR100 (USD25) for a single-night pass and MYR150\u00a0(USD38)\u00a0for a two-night pass.
