So where does it leave consumers?A Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge mobile phone for \u00a3530 instead of \u00a3619, or an iPad Pro for \u00a3650 when it\u2019s almost \u00a3800 elsewhere \u2013 these are some of the tempting offers you can find online if you visit websites selling products without the manufacturers\u2019 authorisation.Goods such as these are known as \u201cgrey\u201d products or parallel imports. According to the International Trademark Association (INTA), these goods are genuine in that they have been manufactured by, or for or under licence from, the brand owner.
