\nDamac Properties is planning to build five new 14-storey towers at the company\u2019s Akoya Oxygen golf course community off the Umm Suqeim Road extension on the outskirts of Dubai.Damac announced today that it has started to market apartments in its Dh850 million Navitas Hotel & Residences project at its 55-million square foot Akoya Oxygen project which will also include a Tiger Woods-designed golf course.
\nIt said that apartments prices would start from Dh440,000 and would be available on a four year payment plan.One of the towers will comprise 312 hotel rooms, which will be managed by Damac Hotels & Resorts.Akoya Oxygen will also include a 1-million square foot shopping and entertainment centre Vista Lux which will include a \u2018rainforest\u2019 and a hydroponic caf\u00e9 and restaurant.lbarnard@thenational.aeFollow The National\u2019s Business section on Twitter
