\nThe mobile giant faces two Ofcom investigations as it emerges that the number of complaints against it is triple the industry averageDavid Allardice fears that the business he runs is being slowly destroyed. It\u2019s his telephone service provider Vodafone that has marred his financial standing by chasing him for debts he does not owe, and it is Vodafone that has rendered him incommunicado by erroneously disconnecting his phone number. \u201cI\u2019ve had no service for over a month \u2013 callers just get a message saying they have dialled an incorrect number,\u201d said Allardice, who runs a human resources consultancy. \u201cTo add to that, many of the contracts I take on require a clean credit check, which I can no longer offer.\u201d Continue reading…
