\nThis weekend’s heavy rainfall has caused havoc across the UK, with an estimated 1,000 homes flooded in the Northumberland town of Morpeth alone. Homeowners in other parts of the country are also mopping up, and forecasts of further downpours later in the week could cause even more problems.
