\nHong Kong-headquartered DFI Retail Group, which owns and operates the city\u2019s largest supermarket network, says it will continue to invest in new stores even though consumers remain cautious.
\nDarren Chan, the group\u2019s managing director for food in Hong Kong and Macau, said DFI \u2013 whose supermarket chains include Wellcome and Market Place in Hong Kong \u2013 was also \u201clooking for opportunities to strengthen\u201d its network where there was \u201cclear customer demand and attractive long-term returns\u201d.
