\nFigures show most leasehold flats in England do not find a buyer within six months, despite slashed prices\u2018The market is dead for flats,\u201d says Susan Young*, who has been trying for some time without success to sell her two-bed flat in a popular Devon seaside resort.The first-floor property is in \u201cimmaculate condition\u201d, Young says, thanks to the \u00a315,000-\u00a320,000 spent on renovations. It has \u201csuperb views\u201d across the beach.
