\nGlobal investment banks are rallying behind a more bullish view of Hong Kong\u2019s housing market, with JPMorgan Chase and Goldman Sachs joining Morgan Stanley in forecasting double-digit price gains after a stronger-than-expected rebound.
\nMorgan Stanley was the first major bank to forecast a 10 per cent increase in home prices in January, which was widely seen as aggressive at the time.
\nWith fresh data bolstering signs of a recovery, other banks have also lifted their 2026 estimates.
