\nThe decline in China\u2019s home prices is accelerating, with new home prices in October \u2013 traditionally a peak month for sales \u2013 falling at the fastest pace in 12 months across the country despite government support, as the economy slows and job prospects remain uncertain.
\nNew home prices fell 0.5 per cent month on month on average across 70 sampled cities, according to National Bureau of Statistics data released on Friday. It was the steepest drop since the 0.7 per cent fall in September last year….
