\nMainland Chinese buyers and \u201csmart money\u201d from Southeast Asia will continue \u201cbottom-fishing for trophy assets\u201d in Hong Kong\u2019s luxury property market as prices remain depressed through 2025, according to the director and head of residential sales at Savills.
