\nGolden Top Group now has four completed projects in the area\u00a0
\nDespite the current slump in Pattaya\u2019s real estate market, one local company has reason to celebrate.
\nGolden Top Group, one of the leading luxury developers in the area, recently announced the completion of its fourth project, City Garden Tropicana, located on Naklua Soi 16\/1 in Wong Amat.
\nThe 188-unit project boasts 24-hour security, three infinity pools, a fully equipped fitness room, a large rooftop garden with views of Wong Amat beach, and free Wi-Fi service.
\nUnits offered include studio, one- and two-bedroom condominiums, ranging from 23 sqm to 77 sqm. Each unit comes with a European style kitchen and bathroom.

\nGlobal Top Group sales director Philip Thompson and sales executive Honda Dusadeeporn presented the completed project at the end of May in a tropical themed party attended by local media.
\n\u201cOur continued success is nothing without the support of our customers and media partners,\u201d they said in a statement.
\nWhile some analysts think there is an oversupply of condo units in Pattaya, the projected increase in Chinese property investment could turn around the market.
\nIn addition, there are several infrastructure projects on the Eastern Seaboard \u2013 such as a new ferry pier for the Pattaya-Pranburi route and a high-speed train proposal from Bangkok to Rayong \u2013 could contribute to the residential market\u2019s recovery.
