\nThe launch of a scheme allowing Guangdong residents to drive their own vehicles to Hong Kong has been delayed until December, as mainland Chinese authorities are still ironing out arrangements for the policy, the Post has learned.
\nThe \u201cSouthbound Travel for Guangdong Vehicles\u201d scheme, which has been the subject of discussion for several years, was originally expected to start at the end of 2024 or early this year.
