\nA partnership between Hongkong Land and leading Vietnamese developer SonKim Land, The Nassim\u00a0was recently launched in Ho Chi Minh City a few months after the introduction of a newly-opened Vietnamese housing\u00a0market.
\nLocated in the up-and-coming area of Thao Dien, The Nassim is only 15 minutes from the city\u2019s core business district, with views of Saigon River. Community amenities, such as international schools, shopping malls, medical centres and upscale restaurants, are also nearby.
\nWhen it was initially launched in HCMC last November 2015, more than 90 percent of the initially released units were sold, including two 450-sqm penthouse units, each equipped with private swimming pools, spacious sky decks and saunas.

\nAside from the penthouses, available units at The Nassim range from one-bedroom units sized 55-57 sqm, to four-bedroom condos sized 152-159 sqm, which come with branded fittings, appliances and private lift lobbies.
\nThe Singapore sales launch will be held on 16-17 January 2016 at the Grand Hyatt Singapore, Residence 5, from 10am to 6pm. Units are being sold in Singapore through CBRE Realty Associates.
\nMarc Townsend, managing director of CBRE Vietnam, will attend the overseas launch to conduct a seminar on investing in luxury properties in Ho Chi Minh City.
