\nBuilding society announces best-buy deals starting at 3.84% while some rivals raise their ratesNationwide has intensified the mortgage price war by announcing big cuts to some rates that propel it to the top of the best-buy tables.Britain\u2019s biggest building society has \u201cblown the doors off\u201d with reductions of up to 0.81 percentage points, said brokers.
