\nThe email looked genuine, with all the right colours and typefaceI have lost \u00a31,800 in a credit card scam by a fraudster posing as TalkTalk. An email arrived, purportedly from TalkTalk, to say it had been unable to take the outstanding monthly payment from my bank account (from a standing order that has existed for years) and that I needed to rectify this or I would be disconnected in two days.I was required to supply my personal details and card and bank account numbers again.
