Now, the borough of Richmond upon Thames in south-west London has been named \u201cthe happiest place to live\u201d in Great Britain.It received the accolade from property website Rightmove, which runs a \u201chappy at home\u201d index \u2013 now in its 12th year \u2013 where it asks residents how they feel about their area based on 13 \u201chappiness factors\u201d.
