\nI wonder who would have been responsible in 2003 and whether the process can be completed now Q I bought my house in 2003 and paid off the mortgage some years ago, so I own it outright. However, when I have looked at the details on the Land Registry website my purchase is not recorded.Would this be a problem when I come to sell?
